We currently ship across most serviceable locations in India. Availability depends on our logistics partners.

5. Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are typically 3–7 business days for metro cities and 5–10 business days for other serviceable locations. These are estimates only.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address or repeated unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply.

9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If a package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, customers should refuse delivery where possible or notify us immediately with photographs.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. SICANA is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

11. Partial Shipments

Where necessary, orders may be shipped in multiple consignments without additional shipping charges unless otherwise communicated.

12. International Shipping
